This program is a game changer for people that simply don’t think they have the time or the equipment to get into shape and lose weight. I was overweight, out of shape and had far too many excuses for not doing anything about it. I started this program with really no expectations but after just a few weeks, I really started to notice changes…and so did my friends and family! It was incredibly easy to follow and the demonstrations were awesome and so helpful. Other programs are so repetitive and monotonous (aka boring) but not this one! The program is broken into 3 sets of 4 weeks each which reallyhelped me stay with the program. The exercises can be done with simple weights most people have at home and some basic exercise bands. Obviously, it can be done at a gym or fitness club too for those that like and have access to that environment. In 2015 I was met with the devastating news that I was in need of shoulder reconstruction at 17 years old. My shoulder was to the point that it would not stay located, and was incredibly weak and painful. Art and Sean did amazing work before the surgery, helping me strengthen and prepare as best as possible for my operation. 2 reconstructions later, they brought me back to almost complete ROM. I came out of PT feeling stronger than ever- not only in my shoulder but through my whole body. Their holistic approach, and meticulous hands-on work helped me through scar tissue adhesions, range of motion plateaus, weird compensation patterns, and weakness.
