Hey everyone! Sean and I want to introduce ourselves briefly. We are physical therapists in St. Louis, MO. We have been treating in an outpatient setting for a combined 37 years. Sean is a graduate of Saint Louis University and Art is a graduate of Maryville University. As we have improved peoples daily lives through a comprehensive rather than isolated approach to health, we have seen patterns emerge that we believe can bulletproof our bodies so that we can enjoy more activities with family and friends with less worry and pain. We want to share this knowledge with you so that you can conquer your daily activities, smash your goals, and, in general, just be a badass!
