Sean and I are often asked "I don't have a lot of equipment. What's the best exercise I can do?" The short answer is to just move.
The long and nerdy answer is this: Our bodies were designed to move in multiple planes of motion: Front to back, side to side, and rotationally. We all have specific job and recreational activities that we need to prep our bodies for. The exercises that will be best for someone who works at a desk are inappropriate for someone running a jackhammer.
The good news is there will be some crossover for all of us. We all need to flexible, we all need to be strong, and we all need to have good posture. In regards to this, Sean and I have put together multiple workouts to address those three principles in a variety of planes of motion. We understand that not everyone has a gym membership or a ton of equipment at home. The great thing about this is your own bodyweight can be used to maximize your training. By supplementing this with bands and dumbbells you can create a full body workout that will slingshot you into readiness for whatever life throws at you. Come see what we have put together to get you ready for summer!
